I keep forgetting to tell you what I saw when I came home late from a Rotary meeting last week.

As I turn off the main road I have my head lights on high so I can see any kangaroos which may jump in front of me. As I came up to my home there were 5 kangaroos sitting on my front lawn eating the grass. One was right next to the front door, eating the shoots off my rose tree. I waited for them to move but it seemed as if they felt I was the intruder. I had to wait for some minutes before they decided to move away from the driveway. When I closed the door of the garage they were still on the far side of my lawn eating the grass.

This is a photo I took of a kangaroo at the local wildlife park. They look so beautiful when they stand up and check you out.

I have my Rainbow challenge running at The Scrapping Garden. Download some freebies and post a layout . You will get another paper and a element to add. Post a second Layout and get a further paper and element. Post 5 layouts using the pieces you have received and you will get thew whole mini kit free. This is the mini kit you could get for free.

This kit goes into the store on October 1 so get it for free now. The August Blues kit has now been added to the store. October is the green month. Watch for news here.Check back here over the next few days as there will also be a freebie offered that compliments my new Tulip Time kit.

Its so long since I posted. This past week I have been catching a bus on an hour and half journey each way to attend a national conference for our industry. At each conference they have someone speak who tends to provide insipration.

At this conference they had Dean Clifford, a guy who was born with a genetic disorder with the common name of "cotton wool babies". It means his skin does not adhere to each layer and every bump blisters. He was never expected live long but he had a fantastic supportive family and is now 26 and doing motivational talks around the country as well as working part time for a Toyota dealership. Here is his web site Dean Clifford.

I found Debbie Pearsons latest Italian range of kits so am finishing off the Italian holiday album at the moment. I really want to be able to say - I have scrapped all I can about this fantastic holiday. Here is Michaelangelos Pieta in st Peters Bascilica. It is behind glass as someone tried to destroy it some years ago. It was scupltured in 1498 which is mind blowing for this poor old Aussie as Australia was only founded in 1789!!.
