I found my own way into Ballarat central to Coles to do some food shopping. At home it would have taken me 20 minutes but different supermarkets means different layouts and it took me ages to find everything on the list. One hour later I found my way home.
Today Jenny, a friend I met via online Digital scrapping about 5 to 6 years ago came to visit us and deliver a couple of parcels to us.
John’s big thing today was to wash his car while Lance spent the day trying to convince me he had ordered in a stripper for my birthday. Denise said she had my back so there was little panic about the continuing comments about strippers.
It turned out John had seen a business card in the laundry for awning clotheslines to be fitted. these are stainless steel cables fitted to the awning so you can have a permanent clothes line fitted to your awning. I told Lance that at this age the convenience of the clothesline was better than a stripper. If anyone is in Ballarat his number is 0417388863.
Amazing how a day can go by without doing much but talk.
